Our Platform Services:

• Personal Profile Creation: 20 XRP (non-refundable one-time fee)

• Project Pages: 40 XRP (non-refundable one-time fee)

• Multiple Project Pages: Available after initial project page creation

• Service Duration: 10-year initial term

• Optional Features: Donations, advertising, project directory listing

Fee Structure:

• All fees are non-refundable

• Fees are subject to change

• No hidden charges or commission on donations

• Payment is required before service activation

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information

• Maintain the security of your account

• Not impersonate others or create fake accounts

• Not engage in fraudulent activities

• Not use copyrighted materials without permission

• Not spam or misuse the platform

• Use the platform in an ethical manner

• Take full responsibility for your actions

Violation of these terms may result in:

• Immediate account termination

• Permanent platform ban

• No refund of fees paid

• Potential legal action

Understanding Our Role:

• We are NOT a payment processor

• We do NOT handle or store any funds

• All donations are peer-to-peer through Xaman

• We take NO commission from donations

• We make NO guarantees about donation amounts

• Users are solely responsible for managing their donations

• We are NOT responsible for any financial losses

• We do NOT guarantee any earnings or benefits

User Responsibilities:

• You retain ownership of your content

• You are solely responsible for your content

• You must have rights to content you post

• You must not violate others' intellectual property rights

• You must not post illegal or harmful content

Enforcement:

• We may remove content that violates these terms

• Copyright violations result in account termination

• We cooperate with copyright holders

• We are not responsible for user-generated content

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms

• Fraudulent activities

• Impersonation

• Copyright infringement

• Harmful behavior

• Spam or abuse

• Any other reason at our discretion

Note:

• Termination may occur without warning

• No refunds will be provided

• Content may be permanently deleted

• Ban evasion is prohibited

Advertisement Service Disclaimers:

• No guaranteed impressions or clicks

• No guaranteed results or outcomes

• Ads must comply with our content policies

• We reserve the right to reject any ad

• Payment for ads is non-refundable

• We may discontinue ad service at any time

• Users advertise at their own risk

Platform Limitations:

• Service availability is not guaranteed

• Software bugs may exist

User Responsibilities:

• Users must comply with their local laws and regulations

• Users are responsible for all tax obligations

• Users must verify transaction details themselves

• Users must ensure they are legally permitted to receive donations

• Users must use Xaman wallet responsibly

• Profile information (name, username, bio)

• Project details and descriptions

• Public wallet addresses

• Analytics data (page views, interaction metrics)

• Device and browser information

• IP addresses and location data

How We Use Your Data:

• To personalize user profiles and projects

• To improve our services and user experience

• To provide analytics and insights

• To maintain platform security

• To prevent fraud and abuse

• To communicate important updates

We DO NOT:

• Collect or store private keys

• Monitor individual transactions

• Track personal financial information

• Store payment details or card information

User Obligations:

• Users are solely responsible for compliance with local laws

• Users must verify their legal ability to receive donations

• Users must report income as required by local tax laws

• Users must ensure compliance with financial regulations

• Users must not engage in money laundering or illegal activities

Platform Position:

• We do not provide legal or financial advice

• We do not monitor regulatory compliance

• We do not verify user identities or credentials

• We cooperate with law enforcement when legally required
