The Shillverse is an idle game, a solo-dev passion project and an exploration in art, combining traditional fundamentals with blockchain features!

At it's core is cross-chain Play-2-Mint game on the XRPL & The Root Network, utilising dynamic NFTs (SmartNFTs) and in-game currencies to make gameplay fun & sustainable!

Over 10,000 XRP has been given out historically as rewards to players!

The Shillverse is a passion project which started on BSC, it combines a love of tinkering, game-making & pixel art into an NFT-Enhanced game. Originally created as a discord bot, it has evolved into a web-based idle game, forever adding new features and gameplay elements. Powered by the XRP Ledger & The Root network it's now a Play-2-Mint game where players can earn rewards by playing the game.

Gameplay is intended to be simple and fun, with a focus on idle mechanics and minimal time requirements. It's meant to be a relaxing experience, with players able to check in periodically to manage their Punks, send them on missions and collect rewards. At it's core the game is designed in a way that is not pay-to-win, but rather play-to-mint.

NFTs, or Non-Fungible Tokens, are unique digital assets that can represent ownership of a wide range of items, from art and music to in-game items and virtual real estate. In The Shillverse, NFTs are used to represent Punks, Items and Planets, each with their own unique attributes and abilities. These NFTs can be bought, sold, and traded on various marketplaces, allowing players to build their own collections and enhance their gameplay experience.
