Evergram — Decentralized, Wallet-Based Messaging

Evergram is a decentralized, wallet-native messaging system designed for private, real-time communication without centralized servers, phone numbers, or custodial identities.

Authentication is performed via Xaman (XRPL wallet). All messages are end-to-end encrypted at the client, while coordination and shared state are handled by HotPocket smart contract clusters deployed on Evernode, a decentralized compute network.

Evergram is intentionally designed around cryptographic devices, ephemeral message delivery, and consensus-driven coordination, prioritizing privacy, resilience, and user sovereignty by default.
